Inspired by Global Humanitarian  Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar founder of the Art Of Living And International Association For Human Values  with a vision to build a stress free, violent free world ; Namrata Shah is a passionate advocate for holistic well-being and conscious leadership through the Art Of Living Programs. With a deep commitment to personal growth and community transformation, she has dedicated herself to creating spaces where individuals—especially youth and children—can thrive emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. She has taught over  four thousand youth children and individuals the Art Of Living Programs in Kenya and initiated more than  thirty youth projects and community initiatives supporting schools,  individuals , youth and children. 

She holds a BSc in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics, grounding her work in both scientific insight and a strong understanding of global social dynamics. This academic foundation enriches her ability to bridge individual empowerment with broader societal impact. She has trained youth and children in various countries including  Mexico , India , Tanzania, United Kingdom and the USA.  Her academic and professional journey  ( working in  diverse roles as project coordinator and marketing manager for various companies)  bridges the worlds of inner transformation and community development.

Namrata’s work seamlessly blends compassion, wisdom, and action. Whether she is facilitating wellness programs, mentoring future leaders, or supporting grassroots initiatives, she brings clarity, warmth, and a grounded presence to every endeavor. She believes in the power of inner peace to inspire outer impact, and her journey continues to uplift countless lives through service and connection.
